Key Responsibilities

• Applying fertilizers and mixing them appropriately.
• Performing hoeing between the rows to maintain soil quality.
• Cleaning crops and work areas to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Clearing fields of debris such as wood and stones.
• Supporting cultivation using vertical farming systems.
• Managing the growth of vines, vine canopies, and grapes.
• Securing plants by tying and training trees to enhance fruit production quality and quantities.
• Weeding and spraying crops with fertilizers.
• Harvesting crops and assessing their quality and market readiness.
• Operating and maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment including tractors, farm trucks, fruit harvesters, planting, and tillage equipment.
• Preparing daily basic progress reports.

Certifications and Safety

• Possession of a First Aid Certificate is required.
• A clean criminal record check is necessary due to safety standards.

Crops and Equipment

• Experienced in working with apples, grapes, orchard fruits, and vineyards.
• Proficiency with hand tools and various farm machinery is expected.

Transportation and Work Conditions

• A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation are mandatory as public transport options are unavailable.
• The role demands physical stamina to handle tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting weights ranging from 9 kg to over 45 kg.
