Videographer & Content Creator

About the Role

NEURA Robotics is looking for a Videographer & Content Creator to join its Creative Content team in Metzingen. In this position, you will shape visual stories that showcase the company’s humanoid robotics vision, from polished brand films to fast-moving digital content used across global marketing channels.

What You Will Do

• Concept, shoot, and edit video assets in a range of styles, including brand films, product presentations, event recaps, and social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Build and bring to life original film ideas that reflect NEURA’s identity, ambition, and advanced technology.
• Use AI-enabled production methods, such as AI-supported editing, motion design, and synthetic media, to improve creativity and increase output.
• Handle professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots and field productions, especially where the production setup is compact.
• Oversee the complete post-production workflow, covering editing, color correction, audio work, and motion graphics.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to turn briefs into engaging visual stories.
• Juggle several projects at once while keeping an eye on creative quality, schedules, and budget limits.
• Help maintain and improve the internal video production workflow so output stays consistent and aligned with the brand.
• Set up, run, and refine a professional video podcast studio for interviews, thought-leadership content, and live or recorded multi-camera sessions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, practical, and creative team culture.

Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in videography, film production, a creative agency, or a similar environment.
• A broad skill set that covers shooting, directing, editing, and post-production.
• Confidence using standard editing and post-production software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or comparable tools.
• Practical experience with AI-based content creation tools such as Artlist, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, or similar platforms, plus an interest in exploring new tools.
• Ability to create video content that is emotionally engaging and can explain complex ideas clearly.
• A strong visual sense for camera work, color, framing, and pacing.
• A portfolio that demonstrates varied, high-quality work across cinematic and social video formats.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities, including the ability to interpret and apply creative briefs.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly in a fast-changing, growing business.
• Dependability and resilience when working under pressure.
• Excellent English skills; German is an advantage.
