Overview

This role is based at our Singapore office in Kallang Bahru. We are looking for a video producer to enhance the quality of video content, preserving our core brand identity and content direction for our YouTube channel. The successful candidate will oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand values, adopting best practices in video production and storytelling. This position involves improving our YouTube subscribers and traffic by crafting strategies to grow the audience while maintaining a consistent voice, visual style, and messaging that resonates with target viewers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire video production process from concept development to filming, editing, and publishing videos for advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate the production of at least one video segment end-to-end under the brand, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Collaborate with teams to uphold high production quality and creative content.
  • Partner with leadership to plan and deliver a structured video content calendar.
  • Research and brainstorm innovative and engaging video ideas.
  • Align video content with business objectives, audience engagement, and advertising goals.
  • Perform quality control on all YouTube videos to maintain standards before publishing.
  • Manage resource deployment effectively, including hiring freelancers and collaborating with external vendors as necessary.
  • If assigned, manage client projects by interpreting briefs alongside the Assistant YouTube Manager, coordinating with Client Services on timelines, deliverables, and updates.
  • Address and resolve production and logistical issues in cooperation with the Client Servicing Team.
  • Occasionally feature in media content when required.
  • Support logistical activities such as transporting equipment and assisting in photo assignments, reflecting the dynamic start-up environment (approximately 5% of duties).
  • Carry out any additional tasks as requested.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in video production.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows.
  • Skilled in shooting and editing both photos and videos.
  • Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Excellent communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media is an advantage.
