Role overview
Brand Creatives Agency is seeking a part-time YouTube video editor to support an ongoing remote editing engagement. The work is centered on lifestyle vlog content for a YouTube creator, so the ideal candidate should be able to match a fast-moving, polished, creator-focused editing style.
What the role involves
- Editing YouTube vlog content for a lifestyle-focused creator.
- Using DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe After Effects, and motion graphics tools to produce engaging edits.
- Creating smooth transitions, overlays, colour correction or grading, dynamic text styles, and meme-style sound effects where appropriate.
- Producing edits that align with the creator’s existing content style and audience expectations.
Experience and portfolio expectations
This opportunity is intended for serious candidates who can demonstrate prior work with influencers and content creators. Applicants should be able to show relevant editing samples and a portfolio of completed projects.
Trial edit
The first step includes a trial edit of approximately 3 to 6 minutes. This is used to assess how well your editing approach fits the required style.
Additional notes
The engagement is ongoing and fully remote. A portfolio is required with the application; submissions without one will not be considered. Applications must be sent by close of business on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.
