Role Overview
As a Growth Designer, you will support user acquisition and expansion efforts by producing high-performing creative for paid media, lifecycle, social, partnerships, and other growth channels. The role is centered on fast execution, continuous iteration, and measurable performance, with a focus on turning ideas into a large volume of assets that move results.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product teams to create work that performs well while staying consistent with the company’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver design assets for paid social, display, video, email, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Convert campaign concepts into repeatable systems that can scale across formats, channels, and audience segments.
- Use data and performance insights to refine, test, and improve creative output.
- Provide quick-turn creative support for launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
- Build, maintain, and organize asset libraries, templates, and production processes.
- Experiment with new tools, AI-based workflows, and emerging technologies that improve production speed.
What You Need
- 3 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, growth design, production design, or a closely related area.
- A portfolio that shows strong craft, execution quality, and careful attention to detail across digital and performance-focused work.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual communication.
- Prior experience creating designs for performance marketing and digital acquisition channels.
- Comfort working with static designs, motion, and light video, along with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organization skills, the ability to manage several projects at once, and confidence owning work from brief through final delivery.
- Bonus: experience with After Effects and AI creative tools.
- Bonus: interest in finance, markets, or technology.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role in New York City is $100,000 to $130,000, with additional equity and benefits.
