Job description

Role overview

This is an executive-level transformation leadership position based in the United States. The role is centered on improving how a healthcare technology organization operates at scale, with a strong focus on strategy execution, operational excellence, and technology-enabled change. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the COO, to turn strategic priorities into practical delivery plans that improve efficiency, quality, alignment, and growth.

The position calls for a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will help shape future-state operating models, modernize processes, strengthen program discipline, and ensure transformation efforts deliver measurable business results.

Key accountabilities

  • Direct enterprise transformation programs that improve operating efficiency, delivery performance, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Convert strategic goals into execution plans with milestones, tracking measures, and clear ownership.
  • Build future operating models that improve governance, decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Technology, Product, and Operations to ensure initiatives are practical, technically sound, and scalable.
  • Lead efforts to modernize workflows and remove process bottlenecks that slow execution.
  • Put strong program management practices in place for complex initiatives, including managing dependencies, risks, and progress reporting.
  • Spot inefficiencies in systems and processes and create structured solutions that improve delivery speed and alignment.
  • Serve as the link between business strategy and technical delivery so senior stakeholders remain aligned across functions.

Requirements

  • At least 8-12+ years of experience in transformation, enterprise strategy execution, operations leadership, or technology-enabled change management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs with measurable impact such as efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvement, or better customer outcomes.
  • Background in technology-driven organizations, with healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operating models, process optimization, and enterprise-scale program delivery.
  • Ability to work confidently with engineering, architecture, data, and platform teams.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a consistent focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex, high-priority settings.
  • Skill in translating complex technical and operational topics into clear business decisions and actions.

Benefits

  • Competitive executive pay structure that includes base salary and bonus potential.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match available from the first day.
  • Generous paid time off, including unlimited PTO for salaried employees, plus paid holidays.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents, including birth and adoptive caregivers.
  • Health savings account support with employer contributions, along with additional financial wellness benefits.
  • Reimbursement for education and professional development.
  • Wellness reimbursement for fitness, health, and lifestyle activities.
  • A remote-first environment with flexibility, collaboration, and strong team engagement.
