Role Overview

This leadership position is responsible for driving sales performance across a designated region. The role combines strategic ownership, team leadership, and direct selling, with a strong focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, and client expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue outcomes for the assigned region, shape a sales plan for the territory, and deliver on revenue, bookings, and pipeline goals.
  • Manage, mentor, and strengthen a regional sales team in a player-coach capacity, including hiring strong talent, establishing targets, and fostering a high-accountability culture.
  • Win new business and grow revenue from current accounts by selling Predactiv’s solutions to agencies, brands, and partners.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across the region, ranging from junior contacts to C-level leaders in Business Development, Data, Product, and Client Services.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to keep prospecting, deal progression, and closing activities organized and effective.
  • Act as a regional voice for the market by sharing client and industry insights with internal teams to support growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of sales experience within AdTech, including 5 or more years in a leadership or team-management capacity.
  • A proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and expanding a regional or territory-based book of business.
  • Deep familiarity with digital advertising, agencies, and the data ecosystem.
  • Strong ability to lead a high-performing sales organization while also contributing directly to selling efforts.
  • Hands-on experience managing forecasts, maintaining a disciplined pipeline, and using structured account planning methods.
  • Excellent executive presence and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Solid collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of professional experience.

This position is based in New York, United States and is a full-time onsite role.
