Role overview
A leading hospitality multinational is entering a new growth phase and is hiring a Vice President of Revenue Generation & Operations. The role is focused on improving commercial outcomes across retail, merchandising, and food & beverage businesses while also strengthening customer experience and operational delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Steer both the commercial and operational sides of the business to increase profitability and elevate the customer experience.
- Create and implement strategies for merchandising, product mix, and inventory so sales performance is maximized.
- Manage food and beverage operations across multiple concepts, with an emphasis on service quality, efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Own business planning, financial oversight, and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities, lift margins, and inform strategic choices.
What the company is looking for
- Substantial senior leadership background in large-scale commercial operations within hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to run multi-site businesses with full profit and loss responsibility.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience building growth plans, increasing revenue streams, and improving operating performance.
- History of leading cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and delivering in demanding, fast-moving environments.
