Role overview

A leading hospitality multinational is entering a new growth phase and is hiring a Vice President of Revenue Generation & Operations. The role is focused on improving commercial outcomes across retail, merchandising, and food & beverage businesses while also strengthening customer experience and operational delivery.

Core responsibilities

• Steer both the commercial and operational sides of the business to increase profitability and elevate the customer experience.
• Create and implement strategies for merchandising, product mix, and inventory so sales performance is maximized.
• Manage food and beverage operations across multiple concepts, with an emphasis on service quality, efficiency, and long-term growth.
• Own business planning, financial oversight, and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities, lift margins, and inform strategic choices.

• Substantial senior leadership background in large-scale commercial operations within hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment, or similar sectors.
• Proven ability to run multi-site businesses with full profit and loss responsibility.
