Vice President, Project Management

Position overview

Carevia Healthcare is seeking a senior project management leader to shape and direct the organization’s project delivery approach. In this position, you will guide the overall project management function, keep major initiatives on track, and help drive stronger execution across the business. The role is centered on raising project effectiveness, streamlining operations, and contributing to long-term organizational expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and roll out project management frameworks, policies, and proven working practices.
• Direct several projects at once from early planning to final delivery.
• Control schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance targets across projects.
• Lead project management teams while aligning work across departments and functions.
• Track project status closely to keep delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Spot project risks early and put practical corrective actions in place.
• Strengthen internal processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates and strategic advice for executive leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a similar discipline.
• Deep experience in project management and/or executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and business operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems effectively.
• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare services, medical operations, or healthcare management.
• Exposure to large-scale healthcare initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, project management methods, and process improvement practices.
