Primary Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio outcomes including user adoption, retention, growth, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
• Drive product expansion through both product-led and sales-led approaches while responding to evolving customer buying patterns.
• Build and mentor a team of Product Managers and their managers, focusing on talent development and accountability.
• Establish robust product management practices including discovery, planning, prioritization, and execution excellence.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, customer success, sales, marketing, and partners to ensure competitive product experiences.
• Represent product vision externally to customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 10 years of product management experience with significant leadership roles overseeing product teams within SaaS or enterprise tech environments.
• Proven record of managing multiple Product Managers and developing effective product management frameworks.
• Expertise in defining and executing product strategies that drive revenue and business outcomes.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered products and knowledge of AI-native product architectures.
• Deep understanding of software quality, testing ecosystems, developer tools, CI/CD, and enterprise workflows.
• Successful collaboration with sales and marketing to influence pricing, packaging, positioning, and market launches.
• Strong executive presence capable of influencing senior stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Experience navigating platform-dependent environments with complex integrations and ecosystem partnerships.
• Ability to balance strategic decisions against technical, business, and customer priorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills essential for translating complex information into clear business plans.

Compensation & Benefits
