Role overview
This position is for a senior technology leader based in Las Vegas, Nevada who will own the direction, stability, and growth of the organization’s technology environment. The role centers on improving core systems, safeguarding technology operations, and making sure technology decisions are closely tied to business goals and client experience. The Vice President of Technology will collaborate with senior business leaders to drive efficiency, support expansion, and introduce innovation through scalable platforms, stronger data practices, and new technology adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the reliability and day-to-day performance of enterprise platforms such as CRM, infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
- Build and carry out a technology roadmap that advances company priorities, improves service delivery, and supports both employee and client needs.
- Manage system administration, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements so technology remains scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to the business.
- Put structured release, change, and incident controls in place to reduce disruption and improve operational resilience.
- Work alongside leaders in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and client service to identify workable solutions and rank initiatives by business value.
- Promote automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement efforts that raise efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner with data stakeholders to improve reporting consistency, data quality, governance, and support for analytics and AI-related work.
- Coordinate with security teams and service providers to maintain access controls, lower technology risk, and support compliance-oriented operating practices.
- Lead relationships with vendors and external partners, assessing service quality, cost efficiency, and accountability while updating the support model when needed.
- Oversee delivery of technology projects, making sure work is completed with quality, clear communication, and strong business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or another related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology operations, enterprise platforms, engineering, or similar functions.
- Proven track record of managing complex business systems, including Salesforce or a comparable platform.
- Strong working knowledge across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cross-functional technology programs.
- Experience building governance processes, managing third-party vendors, and maintaining high service delivery standards.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead teams working across distributed or remote settings.
- Familiarity with AWS, Cisco environments, core infrastructure management, Agile Scrum, and enterprise hardware.
- Preferred exposure to service-oriented work, consulting, finance, automation, analytics, or AI-focused initiatives.
