Job description

Role Overview

The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead the company’s end-to-end supply chain function across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control. This role is responsible for building the supply chain strategy, improving systems and workflows, coordinating internal and external resources, and keeping operations stable, efficient, and scalable in support of long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the supply chain strategy and annual operating plan.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and broader supply chain activities to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Design, improve, and standardize supply chain systems and processes to raise efficiency.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and ongoing relationships while strengthening the supplier base.
  • Align procurement, logistics, and warehouse resources to support on-time product delivery.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Build, organize, and manage the supply chain team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work with customers and partners to resolve supply chain-related issues.
  • Handle additional duties assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 20 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 8 years in supply chain management.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong ability to organize work, coordinate across teams, and communicate effectively.
  • Proven capability to drive multiple supply chain workstreams and keep them on track.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using standard office software.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and guided by strong professional ethics.
  • Experience in international or cross-border supply chains is preferred.
  • Background in the jewelry or manufacturing sector is preferred.
