About the Role
The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a senior leadership position, offered on a full-time, remote basis. This role is integral to guiding the long-term vision of Patterson Fintech Group, Inc, ensuring that growth, innovation, and operational initiatives are aligned with organizational goals. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with executive management to identify and frame key priorities and will be responsible for creating actionable strategies and executing plans across the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the creation, refinement, and execution of company-wide strategic and business plans, coordinating with senior leaders on priority setting.
- Perform comprehensive market and competitor assessments to inform strategic direction and forecast business trends.
- Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, budgeting, and investment evaluation to underpin major decisions.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational functions and supported by relevant teams.
- Monitor organizational performance against established objectives, identifying emerging risks and new growth opportunities.
- Generate and deliver clear, executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and the board of directors.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of cross-functional cooperation, alignment, and results orientation.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic and business planning, with a proven ability to set objectives and operationalize initiatives.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research, data interpretation, and competitive analysis.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and supporting sound investment decisions.
- Track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams at the senior level; excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, able to convey complex plans in reports and presentations tailored to multiple stakeholders.
- Significant experience in senior strategy or corporate planning roles, ideally in complex or rapidly evolving organizations.
- Comfortable and highly effective working in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative, independence, and collaborative spirit.
Educational Requirements
- An advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred; however, extensive equivalent experience will also be considered.
