Vice President of Sales - Data Center Solutions, Asia Pacific & Oceania

Overview

We are seeking a Vice President to lead one of the most rapidly expanding data center businesses within the Asia Pacific and Oceania (APO) region. This role involves comprehensive ownership of the regional strategy, forging strong partnerships with hyperscale clients, and establishing a dominant presence in the data center sector. The position is retained confidentially by Seven Executive Limited on behalf of a global leader focusing on mission-critical cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the APO data center market.
• Manage and grow relationships with top hyperscale and colocation operators.
• Lead projects ranging from €5 million to over €50 million in value.
• Build and oversee teams across commercial, engineering, and project delivery functions.
• Shape the future trajectory and growth plans of a market-leading organization.
• Collaborate directly with global executive leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors.
• Extensive commercial expertise including profit and loss accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of data center cooling technologies and mission-critical operational environments.
• Successful track record securing significant strategic projects and key accounts.
• Strong network and relationships among hyperscalers, consultants, and colocation service providers.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the APO region; preferred location Singapore.
