Position Summary
The Vice President of Regional Strategy is tasked with crafting and overseeing development plans within a specified regional market. Aligning with corporate strategic goals, market trends, and industry dynamics, this role directs regional growth strategies, coordinates resources to bolster business expansion, enhances market presence, and strengthens organizational capabilities, providing vital strategic support for sustainable company development in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop medium- and long-term plans outlining business direction and stage-wise objectives for the region.
- Create annual business plans and execution strategies consistent with overall corporate goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, industry changes, and customer needs to guide senior management decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and growth models within the regional market.
- Lead efforts to meet or exceed regional business targets and improve market coverage and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement regional market expansion and optimize business processes and operational systems.
- Track regional business performance, analyze operational data, and propose improvements.
- Coordinate among product, marketing, operations, and partners to generate business synergies.
- Plan and manage critical regional projects, ensuring timely progress through effective resource allocation and project oversight.
- Develop solutions to address challenges in business growth and promote cross-department collaboration to enhance execution.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand long-term collaboration opportunities, identify potential partners, and foster a robust business ecosystem.
- Represent the company in key negotiations and partnership proposals, increasing brand presence and industry recognition regionally.
- Manage regional team planning, talent development, and day-to-day operations to enhance execution capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, market development, business management, or regional operations.
- Preferred background in regional management, business expansion, or market positioning within large corporations.
- Familiarity with corporate operational models from strategy conception through execution.
- Exceptional skills in market analysis, strategic thinking, business judgment, and adaptability.
- Proven project management, resource coordination, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to thrive in complex business environments and deliver results.
