Role Overview
This executive position is responsible for directing operational performance across several regions. The role focuses on improving how the organization runs, building repeatable systems, and helping the business scale while maintaining consistent standards across all locations.
The selected leader will work closely with senior executives and regional management to raise efficiency, strengthen accountability, and drive ongoing operational improvement. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with deep experience leading multi-site operations and guiding high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily and strategic operations across multiple regional markets.
- Create and roll out regional operating plans that support broader company goals.
- Set clear performance standards and operating expectations for all assigned regions.
- Encourage consistent execution, operational quality, and alignment with the wider organization.
- Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives and major business priorities.
- Build and track regional KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Review operating trends and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Hold routine review discussions with regional leadership teams.
- Use business reporting and analysis to support informed decisions.
- Strengthen accountability for results across regional operations.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in regional operations, business operations, multi-site management, or organizational leadership.
- Proven background managing operations across several regions or locations.
- Strong knowledge of operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, and performance management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex business settings.
- Excellent skills in leadership, communication, analysis, and decision-making.
- Availability to travel as needed to support regional operations.
- An MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred.
- Experience in technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, or professional services is preferred.
- Background supporting national or international operations is preferred.
- Strong capability in business planning, operational analytics, and organizational development is preferred.
- Experience building scalable operating models in growth-focused organizations is preferred.
