  • Step in on office disputes, guide resolution discussions, and clarify expectations to preserve a professional environment.
  • Visit offices across the region to observe operations, coach employees, solve problems, and verify that workflow standards are being followed.
  • Approve regional job postings and hiring decisions before roles are published.
  • Work with Human Resources to keep recruiting on track, align staffing plans, and ensure job descriptions are accurate.
  • Review workforce needs in advance and approve backfills or new positions based on workload, performance, and office demand.
  • Enforce firmwide SOPs, workflows, and compliance practices.
  • Take part in SOP creation, testing, validation, and rollout.

  • Make sure all offices use the same onboarding, training, and documentation practices.
  • Review quality metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and productivity reports for regional teams.
  • Identify recurring errors, trends, and bottlenecks, then provide focused feedback to management.
  • Lead corrective action plans when office or team performance is below expectations.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Training teams to solve repeat issues and training gaps.
  • Coach managers and Office Managing Attorneys through leadership development, workflow guidance, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with Office Managing Attorneys and the Corporate Training Manager to ensure attorneys and staff receive effective onboarding, learning resources, role-based development, and retraining when needed.
  • Collaborate with office leadership on staff development, performance support, mentoring, and training initiatives.
  • Support company-wide initiatives such as buddy systems, mentoring programs, milestone tracking, and role-based leveling standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning, including merger transitions, revenue forecasting, and regional growth work.
  • Help teams deliver on business plan targets for closings, orders, title performance, and other firmwide objectives.
  • Look for opportunities to expand the region strategically and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with HR, Compliance, Training, Managing Attorneys, Employee Relations, and Executive Leadership on key initiatives.
  • Share updates and requirements across departments so everyone stays aligned.
  • Represent field-office needs in leadership meetings and act as a bridge between offices and senior leadership.
  • Lead teams through workflow changes, SOP revisions, and system updates such as Qualia changes, onboarding revisions, and new task sequences.
  • Offer input during testing and launch of new initiatives.
  • Check adoption of new processes and help offices fully implement updates.
  • Reinforce communication standards, customer service expectations, and the organization’s core values.
  • Encourage professionalism, responsiveness, teamwork, and a culture that matches firm expectations.
  • Run regional meetings, communicate priorities, and help keep offices aligned.
  • Serve as the escalation point for office problems, staff conflicts, staffing concerns, and workflow disruptions.
  • Handle sensitive situations involving performance, staff relations, or office morale.
  • Work with Employee Relations when extra support is needed.
  • Model professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
