Role Overview

We seek a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product teams, crafting the strategic vision and roadmap across our product portfolio. This role entails full ownership from product discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch impactful products that drive measurable business success.

This role uniquely combines traditional product management expertise with pioneering use of AI-driven agents that handle complex analysis, allowing the team to focus on customer insight, strategy, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-quarter strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Create and maintain prioritized product roadmaps based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business value.
• Facilitate continuous customer discovery, user research, and data-driven decision-making to identify the most impactful problems to address.
• Craft clear product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
• Lead go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams including positioning, pricing, packaging, launches, and adoption.
• Define and track success metrics and OKRs, iterating product development based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Manage the lifecycle balance among new initiatives, growth, technical debt, and maintenance.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Agentic Product Management Loop

Oversee and continuously enhance a suite of AI-powered product analyst agents that support the product team by:

• Summarizing support tickets into thematic insights and severity levels.
• Clustering feature requests across channels to identify demand trends.
• Monitoring competitor moves, launches, and positioning changes.
• Analyzing churn reasons beyond mere numbers.
• Extracting customer pain points from diverse unstructured feedback.
• Summarizing sales and call data into structured insights and objections.
• Tracking product usage analytics to identify adoption, friction, and drop-off signals.
• Generating weekly opportunity reports prioritizing potential bets.
• Drafting initial versions of product requirement documents to accelerate product discovery.

You will treat this agent layer as a product itself, owning its requirements, accuracy, adoption, and continuous improvement to amplify the product team's impact.

Product Council Leadership

• Serve as steward of the Product Council system where product decisions are made collaboratively.
• Ensure recurring Product Councils run smoothly, delivering roadmaps grounded in evidence and aligned with company strategy.
• Chair the Strategic Product Council, overseeing company-wide product direction and resource allocation among strategic initiatives.

Team Structure & Impact

You will lead a lean, high-impact product organization, responsible for:

• Setting overall product vision and strategy.
• Managing AI agent operations and integration.
• Coaching and cultivating product management skills focused on discovery, prioritization, council operation, and agent collaboration.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of experience in product management with proven leadership in scaling product organizations and delivering customer-loved products.
• Expertise in discovery processes, prioritization frameworks, roadmapping, PRD creation, metrics, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong strategic decision-making skills involving resource allocation and prioritization trade-offs.
• An innovative mindset embracing AI agents to optimize product workflows and capable of designing, evaluating, and improving agent interactions.
• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
• Obsessive focus on data and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Experience in coaching and expanding product teams and processes.
