Position Overview
This senior leadership role owns the framework for product experience, user operations systems, and business strategy planning. The focus is on translating user needs and commercial goals into a clear direction for experience improvement, product optimization, and sustainable growth.
The position calls for broad expertise across product management, operations, commercial thinking, and organizational leadership. You will work closely with product, technology, marketing, sales, and service teams to build structured systems for managing product experience and user operations while improving customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
You will shape the long-term strategy for product experience and operations in line with company objectives, create methods for understanding user needs and improving the experience, and lead ongoing enhancements to product functions, service processes, and user interactions. You will also build a metrics system to monitor feedback and business results, and coordinate the delivery of major product initiatives.
In user operations, you will design the overall lifecycle management approach, strengthen the user journey through behavioral analysis and operational planning, and set up a feedback loop that captures, studies, and responds to customer input. You will also define systems for user service, membership operations, and relationship management to increase user value and support lasting engagement.
From a business strategy perspective, you will help steer product direction based on market trends, customer requirements, and business priorities. You will examine commercial data to uncover improvement opportunities, work with internal teams to enhance product value and business models, and drive major initiatives while tracking execution results.
You will also establish a structured data-analysis approach for product operations, use insights to support decisions, monitor behavior and performance indicators, and recommend improvements based on findings. A further part of the role is promoting the use of analytics tools and intelligent capabilities within product operations.
As a people leader, you will guide the development and management of the product experience and operations teams, set efficient workflows, improve coordination across departments, align resources for strategic projects, and help grow team capability through talent development.
