About the Role
Join a leading provider of process equipment solutions serving top manufacturing and energy industries worldwide. This role involves collaborating closely with the Management Team to organize and oversee the work of a team exceeding 20 members across fabrication, assembly, service, and warehouse functions, aiming to ensure smooth workflows and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop daily and weekly production schedules by analyzing customer demands, operational capacity, and material availability.
- Maintain sufficient raw material stock levels to guarantee continuous production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold efficient manufacturing and service operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in production or service planning, scheduling, or coordinating manufacturing activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with personnel across various departments and nurture cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems.
