  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and fostering a thriving company culture.
  • Lead the entire performance management process, designing frameworks, coaching leaders, and embedding a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Drive recruitment and employee retention initiatives tailored to office, manufacturing, retail, and supply chain roles.
  • Establish scalable, compliant HR structures, particularly for growth in the USA and China markets.
  • Design HR programs that support factory and retail teams, enhancing productivity and workplace pride.

  • Proven track record as an autonomous executor, capable of decisive action and independent decision-making.
  • Experience managing complex, multifunctional organizations including office, manufacturing, retail, and supply chain operations.
  • Comfortable working inter-culturally, with notable advantage given to familiarity with USA and China markets.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, utilizing people data to guide decision-making processes.
  • History of success in high-growth or startup environments, balancing structure and agility without bureaucracy.
  • Knowledge of Singaporean employment laws; knowledge of US and Chinese labor regulations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a positive corporate culture that drives business success.
  • A minimum of 12 years of advancing experience in HR leadership roles such as Head, Director, or VP.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain sectors.

Why Join IRVINS?
