About the Role
Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) to contribute meaningfully to the evolution of healthcare through digital transformation and artificial intelligence. As Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, SingHealth's ODS directs strategic digital health initiatives impacting patients, clinicians, and the broader community. This position is ideal for those interested in the convergence of healthcare, technology, and strategic planning, taking part in impactful healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of digital health and AI literacy programs across SingHealth.
- Develop competency frameworks and digital learning curricula aligned with SingHealth’s strategic vision.
- Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies to program development.
- Manage content curation, quality assurance, and tracking of educational outcomes and digital adoption metrics.
- Continuously update program content based on technology trends, feedback, and industry standards.
- Coordinate collaborations and initiatives across various SingHealth entities.
- Establish and manage partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and government agencies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure training initiatives meet operational needs.
- Support knowledge exchange by organizing relevant events, forums, and innovative platforms.
- Oversee budgeting and financial monitoring of digital literacy programs to ensure effective resource use.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics, or People and Organisation-related fields.
- At least six years of experience designing and implementing organization-wide training initiatives.
- Proven success in forming and sustaining strategic partnerships with academia, professional bodies, or technology companies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret complex scenarios and support data-driven choices.
- Excellent project management skills including planning and delivering programs within objectives and timelines.
- Knowledge or experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or digital transformation programs is beneficial.
