Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic approaches to market entry, including assessing new geographic areas, economic modeling for expansion, and formulating operational plans to support launching and scaling.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with payers, managed care organizations, and state programs to prioritize contracts and support reimbursement growth efforts.
• Create and maintain robust analytical frameworks such as financial models, performance dashboards, and unit economics to identify profitable clients, caregivers, and markets.
• Oversee the operating budget and complete profit and loss responsibility, including forecasting, managing labor and overhead expenses, and enhancing margins.
• Identify bottlenecks and constraints in intake, scheduling, staffing, and service delivery processes and redesign workflows to facilitate growth.
• Evaluate opportunities for expansion through strategic partnerships, new referral channels, service line development, and acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from conceptual strategy through execution, such as technology implementations, market introductions, and process improvements, ensuring accountability for results.
• Supervise daily operational performance to meet established standards and build the management team needed as the company scales.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, including state licensure, Medicaid and Home Help program expectations, electronic visit verification, documentation, and readiness for audits.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or comparable analytical fields from an accredited institution.
• At least three to four years of professional experience in demanding, analytical, and execution-oriented roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, and data-driven decision making impacting business outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategic planning to operational implementation with accountability for results.
• Interest and preferably some background in healthcare services or home care industries, with knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory frameworks; direct industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independently creating structure when information is incomplete.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial and minimally supervised environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively representing the company to payers, partners, and governmental agencies.
• Ability to navigate fluidly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on operational execution.

Additional Details

Location: Fair Lawn, New Jersey (full-time, on-site position).

Compensation: Annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Final salary offers will be based on experience.
