Role Overview
The Vice President of Operations acts as the Chief Integrator partnering with company founders to transform strategic plans into effective execution. This role ensures leadership alignment, builds accountability, develops scalable operational systems, and maintains momentum as the organization expands. The responsibility includes creating a leadership cadence and infrastructure so founders can focus on vision and growth without getting involved in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide execution of quarterly priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage EOS operating rhythms including meetings, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for performance transparency.
- Eliminate roadblocks to operational efficiency and accountability.
- Coach and develop department leaders, enforcing organizational standards.
- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR on workforce planning and compliance.
- Foster company culture through feedback and continuous improvement.
- Translate founder priorities into clear operational plans and reports.
- Assess organizational capacity to sequence priorities appropriately.
- Identify risks and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Design and enhance scalable SOPs, workflows, and knowledge management.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Standardize tools and platforms for reporting and operations.
Candidate Profile

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership in operations at high-growth entrepreneurial companies with at least 7 direct reports.
- Prior experience as Chief Integrator, VP of Operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent.
- Background in coaching, agency, education, SaaS, professional services or membership organizations with revenues over $10 million annually.
- Proficiency using ClickUp or similar project tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HRIS, AI tools, automation platforms, and dashboard/reporting systems.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Workplace Details
- Location: Miami, Florida; fully onsite position.
- Working hours: Full-time, from 9am to 5pm ET with some flexibility.
- Start date: September 1, 2026.
- Salary range: $170,000 to $190,000 annually plus performance bonuses.
