Role Overview
The Vice President of Operations & Growth will guide HVAC RNTL through its next development phase by expanding operational capacity, refining organizational structure, strengthening leadership, and enhancing talent acquisition. This is a strategic leadership position focused on scaling the business effectively while maintaining agility, strong customer experience, and company values, not solely on internal process efficiencies or cost-cutting.
Key Responsibilities

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
