Job description
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position near Boston, Massachusetts. The role focuses on improving operations across several locations, with responsibility for financial results, compliance, patient experience, and team leadership. Experience with profit and loss in an orthopedic environment is required, and physician practice management is strongly preferred. Compensation includes salary, bonus potential, and relocation support.
What You Will Do
- Increase patient volume while making it easier for patients to access high-quality care.
- Oversee operational, clinical, and financial results across the region.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and clinical leaders to deliver business goals.
- Strengthen a culture centered on outstanding patient service, excellence, and new ideas.
- Develop strong working relationships with physicians and administrative leaders.
- Guide team growth, performance management, and expansion across practices.
- Support community outreach and initiatives that build brand visibility.
- Use data, insights, and operational know-how to shape strategic decisions.
- Design and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in operations with a strong record of improving performance and growth.
- Healthcare operations experience is needed, and orthopedic experience is specifically required.
- Prior success in managing multiple sites is preferred.
- Strong financial and business understanding, with the ability to turn analysis into action.
- Background in building, developing, and guiding high-performing teams across clinical and operational areas.
- Comfortable coaching others, mentoring staff, and managing performance effectively.
- Able to think strategically while also handling day-to-day execution.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- An advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
