Role Summary
This is a full-time remote leadership position for a Vice President of Operations, with the role tied to the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business activity, improving overall performance across functions, and driving operational alignment with the company’s broader direction.
Key Accountabilities
- Direct daily operations and keep workflows running efficiently across the organization.
- Oversee profit and loss performance and support sound financial management.
- Lead strategic planning efforts and help shape long-term business goals.

- Strengthen customer service initiatives and support high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in operations leadership and P&L oversight.
- Strong background in customer service management and relationship building.
- Capability in strategic planning and project management, including execution of long-range initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving strengths.
- Ability to make decisions using data and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and how it can be applied in business is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
