Vice-President of Operational Excellence

Role Overview

This is a full-time position offered remotely, aimed at an individual who will support and drive the expansion and daily functioning of Blockchain Club VITB. The role encompasses organizing and managing virtual events, meetings, and workshops, while also contributing to educational content to enrich the club’s members.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will coordinate with student members, mentors, and external collaborators to ensure that the club’s activities are seamlessly executed. Daily tasks will involve administration of online platforms, addressing member inquiries, facilitating project collaborations, and helping with outreach initiatives to grow the club’s footprint.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively plan events, projects, and communications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills suited for announcements, online engagement, and team collaboration.
• Basic familiarity or a strong enthusiasm for blockchain technology, Web3, or related fields, alongside an eagerness to develop knowledge continuously.
• Proficiency with collaborative online tools including video conferencing, shared documentation, and project management software.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative, dependability, and accountability.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal abilities to interact positively with the diverse club community and stakeholders.
• Previous experience with student organizations, technology-focused communities, or online event coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
