Role Summary
The Vice President of Growth is a full-time remote leadership position focused on expanding revenue in a durable way and increasing market presence for PARTECH Haberleşme. In this role, you will shape and execute the company’s growth plan, ensuring that sales, marketing, and business development efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. You will own the structure and performance of the sales funnel, monitor key business metrics, and use data analysis to uncover new markets, customer segments, and growth channels.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead cross-functional teams, coach team members, and help build a culture of performance and accountability. Qualifications
- Solid background in sales and business development, with a proven record of achieving or surpassing targets tied to revenue, pipeline growth, and expansion.
- Strong capability in strategic planning and marketing, including positioning, launch planning, and multi-channel growth execution.
- Experience leading teams, with the ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and scale high-performing sales, marketing, or growth functions.
- Analytical and metrics-focused mindset, with hands-on use of CRM and analytics platforms and the ability to turn findings into clear actions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including influence at senior leadership and board level.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or communications is preferred, along with familiarity with B2B purchase journeys and longer buying cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is considered an advantage.
- Comfort working remotely, managing priorities across time zones, and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
