Role Overview
This senior leadership position owns the creation and execution of the company’s global partnership strategy. The role is responsible for building, growing, and sustaining long-term relationships with major enterprises, industry bodies, technology ecosystem partners, and strategic alliances. By developing a collaborative ecosystem, expanding business partnerships, and integrating resources, the role supports market expansion, revenue growth, and broader strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop global strategic partnership plans and annual execution roadmaps aligned with the company’s direction.
- Identify priority collaboration areas and strategic opportunities that support business growth.
- Create a layered partner management framework and an evaluation process for partnerships.
- Ensure the partnership ecosystem is structured to support the company’s long-term strategy.
- Lead outreach, negotiation, and ongoing management of major global partners.
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with large enterprises, industry organizations, technology partners, and ecosystem players.
- Spot collaboration opportunities and drive the completion of strategic partnership agreements.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle and work to maximize the value generated from each relationship.
- Design partnership models such as joint solutions, channel alliances, and ecosystem collaborations.
- Convert partnership initiatives into commercial revenue and market expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to activate and execute partnerships.
- Identify new market entry points and additional channels for business growth.
- Build and strengthen a strategic partner ecosystem network.
- Set up operating processes and communication channels for partner engagement.
- Encourage resource sharing and business synergies among partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; preferred backgrounds include Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or related disciplines.
- More than 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem collaboration, or corporate development.
- 8–15+ years of experience in global partner management or senior business leadership.
- Demonstrated success in creating strategic alliances or ecosystem partnership frameworks for large organizations.
- Strong familiarity with B2B business models, channel partnerships, and enterprise-level collaboration workflows.
- Excellent negotiation abilities, relationship-building skills, and resource integration capability.
- Global perspective with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and project execution skills.
