Role Overview
The Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships will define and execute the company’s worldwide partnership strategy. The position focuses on building, expanding, and sustaining long-term relationships with major enterprises, industry bodies, technology ecosystem partners, and strategic alliances. By creating a collaborative network, expanding commercial partnerships, and integrating resources, the role supports market expansion, business growth, and strategic goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and guide global strategic partnership plans and annual operating priorities.
Identify high-value collaboration areas and strategic opportunities that support the company’s business direction.
Set up a multi-tier partner management framework along with a system for assessing partner performance.
Ensure the partnership ecosystem is aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing management of important global partners.
Build and maintain relationships with large enterprises, industry organizations, technology partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
Spot potential collaboration opportunities and move them toward signed strategic agreements.
Manage the full partner lifecycle while maximizing the value created through each relationship.
Create and scale partnership models such as joint solutions, channel-based alliances, and ecosystem collaborations.
Turn partnership initiatives into revenue opportunities and support market expansion.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to activate partnership plans.
Identify new market entry points and additional channels for business growth.
Build and maintain a strong strategic partner network.
Establish operating processes and communication channels for partners.
Enable resource sharing and business synergy across the partner ecosystem.
Strengthen the company’s market presence and competitive position within the industry ecosystem.
Coordinate global regional teams to move partnership initiatives forward.
Align product, R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams around partnership execution.
Manage goals, resources, timelines, and delivery for complex partnership projects.

Lead the global strategic partnerships team.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
The role calls for more than 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem collaboration, or corporate development.
Candidates should also have 8–15+ years of experience in global partner management or senior business leadership roles.
Applicants must have a strong record of creating strategic alliances or ecosystem partnership systems for large organizations.
Experience with B2B business models, channel partnerships, and enterprise-level collaboration processes is important.
Strong business negotiation, relationship-building, and resource integration skills are essential.
