Job description
Role overview
This is a full-time remote leadership opportunity for a Vice President of Global Operations. The role is centered on improving and steering operations across multiple regions, with a focus on building efficient processes for campaign creation, production, and delivery while protecting quality standards and client satisfaction.
What you will do
You will shape the global operations agenda, oversee operations teams, and make sure supply chain and resource planning stay aligned with the company’s goals. The position calls for close partnership with executive leadership on strategy, management of complex cross-border initiatives, and adoption of practices and systems that enable scalable, long-term growth.
In addition, you will monitor operational performance, use metrics to identify improvement opportunities, control budgets, manage risk, and promote a work culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and evidence-based decisions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in operations management and operational excellence, with a history of leading global or multi-location operations in a services or project-driven setting.
Experience in supply chain coordination and resource optimization is important, including vendor oversight and logistics handling for international work.
You should also have a solid record in strategic planning and business performance management, showing the ability to convert organizational objectives into practical operating plans.
Advanced project management capability is expected, including ownership of cross-functional programs, schedule and budget control, and delivery to agreed quality benchmarks.
Experience in international cooperation, development, or communication campaigns is a strong advantage, especially with exposure to tendering and collaboration with partners or subcontractors.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills are needed, along with the ability to operate effectively in a remote, multicultural setting.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort using operations or project management tools are essential for making informed, data-led decisions.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
Additional information
This role is designed for someone who can manage risk, support operational scale, and build a culture that values consistent execution and continuous improvement across geographies.
