Global Marketing Strategy and Growth Planning
You will create and steer the company’s global marketing roadmap and longer-term growth plans. The role includes defining how the business enters new markets, expands the brand, and builds demand in ways that support overall company objectives, while ensuring marketing resources are used efficiently and deliver strong returns.
Global Brand Management and Consistency
You will own global brand positioning, brand structure, and messaging strategy. A major part of the role is keeping the brand consistent worldwide while still making sure it feels relevant in local markets. The objective is to strengthen brand recognition and improve market presence across regions.
Demand Generation and Revenue Support
This role requires building a global demand generation model that supports customer acquisition and conversion. You will work closely with sales to improve funnel efficiency, lead quality, and marketing contribution to revenue growth and return on investment.
Regional Coordination and Local Execution
You will manage coordination between headquarters and regional teams across APAC, EMEA, the Americas, and other markets. The role also involves supporting market entry, channel development, and region-specific marketing plans while maintaining global standards and allowing for local flexibility where needed.
Digital Marketing and Growth Systems
You will lead the advancement of digital marketing, content programs, brand communications, and marketing automation. The role includes improving omnichannel performance across online and offline channels, and using analytics to raise marketing effectiveness and improve the customer experience.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
You will continuously track market shifts, customer behavior, and competitor activity worldwide. These insights should be used to guide product direction, identify new opportunities, and support business decisions on markets, industries, and growth areas.
Team Leadership and Organization Building
You will build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization, including regional leaders and cross-border teams. The role calls for creating a culture grounded in data, accountability, strong results, and innovative collaboration.
Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or international academic background is preferred. The ideal candidate will bring more than 20 years of marketing or brand management experience, including at least 15 years in senior leadership positions, along with a strong record of building global market frameworks and scaling international brands.
Preferred Background
Additional value will be given to candidates with experience in multinational corporations, technology businesses, or global brand leadership. Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing, global go-to-market planning, international channel management, M&A integration, or brand repositioning/rebranding is also preferred.
Core Competencies
The role calls for strong global marketing strategy skills, brand leadership, demand generation expertise, international team management, digital and analytics-driven decision-making, and executive-level communication with cross-cultural influence.
