Role Summary

This full-time remote leadership position is responsible for managing the complete delivery lifecycle for Horizon Capital’s clients and partners. The Vice President of Global Client Delivery will direct program and project execution so that stakeholder goals, schedules, and quality expectations are consistently achieved.

The role requires close coordination across functions, ownership of service delivery operations, and ongoing refinement of how the organization engages with clients. On a daily basis, the position involves syncing delivery roadmaps with company strategy, tracking performance indicators, resolving difficult delivery challenges, and serving as the main escalation contact for important stakeholders. It also includes building better practices, coaching delivery leaders, and working with senior management to strengthen client satisfaction and durable relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end client and partner delivery across the organization.
• Lead execution of programs and projects to meet agreed timelines, objectives, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Manage service delivery workflows and continuously improve operating processes.
• Align delivery plans with broader business priorities and strategy.
• Monitor key performance measures and act on gaps or risks.
• Resolve complex delivery issues and act as the main escalation point for stakeholders.
• Build and document best practices for service delivery.
• Mentor and support delivery leaders.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Strong background in program management, including complex multi-workstream initiatives and resource coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in service delivery with a record of meeting service-level commitments and improving client experience.
• Solid project management ability, including planning, execution, and risk control across distributed teams.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, with the ability to turn client needs into practical delivery plans.
• Prior leadership of global or multi-region teams in remote or hybrid setups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with a data-led approach to decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or ITIL are advantageous.
• Experience in real estate, asset management, or a similar industry is a plus.
