About the Role
Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is conducting a search for a confidential client seeking a Vice President focused on Future of Work & Organizational Culture. This executive will lead initiatives shaping how the organization collaborates, evolves, and operates. The position is part of a well-supported leadership team and offers the chance to influence the company’s culture and operational models significantly from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the company’s future-of-work strategy, including workplace models and working methods.
- Create and refine systems that foster organizational culture, employee engagement, and a sense of belonging.
- Guide the strategy for hybrid, flexible, and distributed work arrangements across the enterprise.
- Design frameworks facilitating adaptation to new tools, work models, and expectations.
- Manage enterprise-wide employee experience strategies and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with the CHRO, CEO, and regional leadership to align culture and workplace priorities.
Qualifications
- At least 12 years of leadership experience in organizational design, workplace strategy, or culture development.
- Demonstrated success influencing culture and engagement at an enterprise level.
- Strong expertise in organizational design and workplace model strategy.
- Proven record of establishing and directing culture or workplace strategy teams.
- Strategic ability to set priorities and make decisions involving workplace trade-offs.
- Exceptional communication skills suited for board and investor interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Experience developing workplace strategies on a global, multi-region scale.
- Integration of AI and emerging technologies into workplace practices.
- Background in organizational psychology or workplace-related research.
- Workplace or culture leadership aligned with the client’s industry sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers competitive compensation with a base salary range from $300,000 to $400,000, reflecting experience, skills, and performance.
