Vice President of Finance

About the Role

An expanding private equity-backed SaaS firm is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance to be part of its executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will collaborate closely with senior management to guide financial strategy, enhance operational outcomes, and support scaling during the company's next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts
• Collaborate with senior executives to influence key strategic business decisions
• Create financial models, track KPIs, and manage operational reporting
• Prepare regular financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Support presentations to the board, lender reporting, and communication with investors
• Lead and cultivate a skilled, high-performing finance team
• Implement process improvements to develop scalable financial operations
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Human Resources, and Customer Success teams

Experience and Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in finance
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Experience working within private equity-backed companies is highly desired
• Expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, and partnering with business leaders
• Proven track record of supporting executive leadership and board reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable financial teams and processes
• CPA and/or MBA qualifications are preferred
