About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned strategy executive to join the leadership team and help shape the company’s long-range direction. This position focuses on enterprise strategy, growth planning, organizational alignment, and supporting major business decisions that drive durable performance.
Role Overview
The Vice President of Corporate Strategy will partner with senior executives and leaders across the business to define priorities, assess market opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and strengthen the connection between strategy and execution. The role calls for strong business judgment, analytical depth, and the ability to navigate complex and changing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy Leadership
- Help shape and advance strategic initiatives that support the organization’s overall goals.
- Work with executive leadership to clarify long-term priorities and business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate strategic planning activities across the company.
- Contribute to enterprise strategy frameworks and operating plans.
- Ensure strategic direction is translated into practical business execution.
Strategic Planning and Business Analysis
- Carry out market reviews, industry research, and competitor analysis.
- Assess performance patterns and surface potential strategic levers.
- Build business cases and executive recommendations to support decisions.
- Track industry shifts and changing market conditions.
- Assist with forecasting and scenario-planning exercises.
Growth and Corporate Development
- Spot opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and entry into new markets.
- Support the review of corporate development and investment opportunities.
- Take part in due diligence and business evaluation when needed.

- Help drive long-term value creation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
Required Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business planning, corporate development, finance, or similar functions.
- Proven exposure to enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong command of strategic planning, business analysis, and organizational development.
- Experience working with executive leadership on complex business issues.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
Preferred Background
- MBA or another advanced degree in a business-related discipline.
- Experience in technology, financial services, consulting, healthcare, professional services, or similar growth-focused sectors.
- Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or corporate development programs.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and business evaluation.
- Experience in multi-national or multi-business-unit organizations.
