About the Role
Fremont Federal Credit Union is inviting a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing to spearhead their community-focused financial institution's growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer, this leadership role aims to expand member base, strengthen brand presence, and lead a dedicated marketing team that supports members in achieving sound financial wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote membership expansion and increase revenue streams.
- Direct the brand strategy, maintaining consistent member experiences across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple marketing domains including digital media, advertising, website content, social platforms, email campaigns, and public relations efforts.
- Evaluate market developments, campaign outcomes, and member feedback to maximize return on investment.
- Oversee the marketing budget, external agency collaborations, and marketing technologies.
- Work closely with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance strategic goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-efficiency marketing team.
- Serve as an ambassador for the credit union within the local community by fostering vital partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of seven years’ progressive experience in marketing leadership, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success in brand development, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and achieving measurable business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Proven experience managing financial budgets, agency relationships, and marketing technology systems.
