Job description

About Ritual

Ritual is a personal wellness company focused on raising expectations for everyday health. The brand is known for its clinically backed prenatal product and for creating science-led supplements with transparency built in. Its approach is rooted in evidence and trust, not empty promises, and it aims to give women products they can rely on.

The company first changed the multivitamin category by introducing a visible supply chain model. Since then, it has expanded into new product areas while holding onto the same standards that shaped its reputation. Ritual is trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers and continues to scale quickly.

Backed by venture capital and headquartered in Los Angeles, the team includes more than 120 scientists, creatives, and critical thinkers. The company looks for people who want to challenge the category and produce standout work.

About the Role

Ritual is hiring a VP of Integrated Marketing to help shape the brand’s next phase of growth. This position offers the chance to support omnichannel expansion, help launch into new categories, and influence how women discover and choose health products throughout different life stages.

The leader in this role will turn Ritual’s focus on trust, traceability, and scientific rigor into marketing that drives business results. The job calls for someone who can unify consumer insights, product storytelling, medical credibility, retail execution, partnerships, and channel planning into a single connected system while working with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Omnichannel Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Own Ritual’s integrated marketing and portfolio commercialization approach, including a 24-month roadmap that ties together category priorities, product messaging, retail moments, partnerships, and revenue objectives across DTC, Amazon, retail, and club channels. Lead portfolio lifecycle planning for launches, retailer rollouts, channel exclusives, product refreshes, and growth programs, with commercial readiness from pipeline to market.
  • Create and manage a partnership strategy that supports growth by finding, shaping, and overseeing collaborations that build awareness, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition. Work with Brand to make sure culturally relevant partnerships also deliver business results.
  • Strengthen retail and club marketing by improving digital shelf performance, PDP quality, ratings and reviews, retailer search, retail media, shopper marketing, and retailer-specific go-to-market plans. Support Sales on sell-in materials and create omnichannel experiences that work across retail environments.
  • Develop a live consumer, competitor, and category insights system. Lead Consumer Insights in turning market signals, cultural shifts, customer behavior, and competitive activity into practical recommendations that guide launches, media, partnerships, and leadership decisions in real time.
  • Use AI as a standard part of the marketing workflow. Apply AI to insight generation, competitive review, messaging refinement, creative briefs, and category intelligence, while redesigning inefficient processes to increase speed and team capacity.
  • Lead, coach, and expand strong teams across Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Medical Marketing. Build a team culture centered on speed, ownership, and effective cross-functional partnership.

Who You Are

  • You bring bold, original thinking while staying grounded in customer needs and business goals.
  • You work collaboratively, move from problem identification to practical solutions, and take responsibility for shared outcomes.
  • You can simplify complex business issues into clear decisions, action plans, and measurable results.
  • You balance short-term execution with long-term category, financial, and brand health.
  • You connect marketing work to the larger mission and care deeply about science-backed women’s health products.
  • You lead with the right balance of direction and autonomy, helping teams build confidence and ownership.

What You'll Need

  • At least 12 years of advancing marketing experience, including senior VP-level or equivalent leadership responsibility at a fast-growing consumer brand.
  • Strong background in CPG, health and wellness, beauty, food and beverage, or another consumer space where product storytelling, retail execution, and brand differentiation are critical.
  • Comfort working in an AI-native environment, with the habit of using AI proactively, learning new tools quickly, and building technology-enabled workflows.
  • A proven ability to turn consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and category trends into business decisions, investment recommendations, and effective go-to-market plans.
  • Experience in retail and partnership marketing, including shopper strategy, digital shelf optimization, retail media, channel messaging, and scaling partnerships that support awareness, acquisition, and growth.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams, plus the executive communication skills needed to summarize complex inputs for senior leaders.
