This leader will bring extensive experience in organizational scaling, process enhancement, and employee relations across all levels. The VP will collaborate closely with the CEO to support company expansion while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related domain.
- Have over 10 years of advancing leadership roles within HR, including a minimum of five years at a senior level.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR aspects of company acquisitions and integration, focusing on aligning cultures and managing change.
- Proven success in developing and leading high-performing recruitment teams that can source talent for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Expertise in optimizing HR processes by deploying HR systems and rectifying inefficiencies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Florida labor laws and experience ensuring compliance across multiple states or intricate organizational structures.
- Capacity to balance strategic objectives with practical execution in a rapidly evolving growth-focused context.
