Role Overview
The Vice President of Global Regional Strategy is accountable for the company's global regional development planning and strategic execution. This position will establish regional development directions based on market conditions and corporate objectives, promote coordinated regional growth, and boost overall operational efficiency and market expansion capabilities.
Primary Duties
- Develop comprehensive global regional development strategies and set phased goals.
- Analyze market trends to refine business presence across regions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to guide corporate growth.
- Lead the execution of regional business plans by coordinating resources and improving collaboration across regions.
- Monitor key project progress and ensure target accomplishments.

- Facilitate efficient collaboration between headquarters and regional teams to enhance operational execution.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management, Business, or Marketing disciplines.
- Substantial experience in strategic planning or management of regional business operations.
- Proficient in conducting market analysis, spearheading business development, and managing projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
- A global outlook with experience handling cross-regional collaborations.
