Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a Vice President focused on expanding global partner-led growth. The role is centered on designing and scaling partnerships that create ecosystem-driven demand, with a strong emphasis on cloud, data, AI, ISV, and systems integrator motions. The position blends strategic planning with active execution in a fast-moving environment, and it also involves creating a global team and setting the operating rhythm for the function.
The role is based in the United States and is being promoted on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps.
What you will do
- Set the worldwide partnership strategy across cloud providers, data and AI ecosystems, independent software vendors, and systems integrators.
- Spot new partnership opportunities and shape them into repeatable commercial programs.
- Create and launch partner models such as partner application programs and managed services structures.
- Work with regional sales teams in AMER, EMEA, and APAC to convert alliances into actionable go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive ecosystem programs that connect internal teams with cloud, data, and SI partners.
- Align product, engineering, marketing, and sales leadership so execution stays coordinated from early-stage incubation through revenue delivery.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global partner team with clear accountability for results.
- Represent the company as a senior spokesperson for ecosystem strategy, both internally and externally.
What is expected
- At least 10 years of experience in SaaS, channel, or partner leadership roles within enterprise technology environments.
- Hands-on experience scaling partnerships with major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Track record of turning early-stage partnerships into revenue-producing go-to-market motions.
- Experience working with global systems integrators and designing multi-party ecosystem plays.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and platform integration fundamentals.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills, including interaction with C-level leaders.
- Experience building and growing global teams with strong performance standards.
- Ability to make sound strategic decisions and execute effectively in uncertain, rapidly changing settings.

- Base salary range of USD 271,000 to USD 366,000.
