Overview of Liquidity Management Services (LMS)

LMS operates within a broad and complex environment, serving a diverse clientele. Currently, the LMS division is engaged in a comprehensive, multi-year transformation aimed at achieving a real-time, intelligent, responsive, and global network. Within LMS, the Global Liquidity and Cash Concentration (GLCC) solutions are essential for enhancing treasury efficiency worldwide and are widely used across various client groups.

Role Description

This position manages products related to Cash Concentration, Notional Pooling, and Real-Time Liquidity for the South Asia cluster. Responsibilities include shaping product strategies, overseeing performance, executing product delivery and platform rollouts, managing deals, handling commercialization risks and controls, and supporting platform upgrades. The role is integral to the global Notional Pooling product team and reports directly to the Global Notional Pooling Product Head.

Primary Duties

  • Contributing to product strategy and roadmaps based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Advising on investment priorities within GLCC product lines in collaboration with cluster teams.
  • Gathering market intelligence, conducting market sizing, and analyzing sector trends and product opportunities.
  • Planning and implementing pricing and cost management to maximize product portfolio success.
  • Providing regular performance updates and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with global and cluster partners across product, operations, technology, sales, banking, legal, and risk units to advance product objectives.
  • Supporting launch of new or updated products and global platforms, ensuring compliance with approvals and governance.
  • Collaborating with technology and operations to migrate liquidity structures from legacy to modern global platforms.
  • Enhancing digital features and Straight-Through Processing (STP) to improve client satisfaction.
  • Driving client adoption and commercial success of GLCC products through data analysis and close work with solutioning, sales, and banking teams.
  • Assisting sales teams to identify client needs and propose fitting solutions.
  • Creating and updating client and internal collateral to support value communication and commercialization.
  • Maintaining product content accuracy on internal and external platforms.
  • Delivering training sessions for client-facing teams on product usage and positioning.
  • Supporting deal engagement, review, pricing approvals, and exception handling with solutioning and client-facing teams.
  • Recommending process improvements in collaboration with onboarding, operations, and technology partners.
  • Maintaining a strong risk and control framework alongside global and cluster partners.
  • Conducting timely product approval program reviews and capability assessments.
  • Assessing risks during deal reviews to ensure compliance with risk criteria.
  • Monitoring the product portfolio against established risk parameters.
  • Leading risk mitigation and remediation efforts with legal, risk, sales, banking, and operations stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and managing issues and incidents.
  • Contributing to audit and regulatory review preparations and support.

Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in liquidity and cash management or product management.
  • Familiarity with interest rates and currencies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes, especially within this domain, is helpful.
