Vice President, Events

Role Overview

This is a senior expansion opportunity with a well-established global experiential agency, based in Singapore and focused on growing its APAC footprint. The role calls for a strategic leader who can shape, execute, and scale memorable brand experiences across the region.

The position suits someone who combines creative direction, operational discipline, and commercial judgment. The successful candidate should bring substantial experience in events or experiential marketing, along with a strong record in business development, people leadership, and end-to-end financial ownership.

What You Will Do

• Accelerate revenue growth by spotting new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and growing existing accounts.
• Create and roll out go-to-market plans with a clear focus on APAC expansion.
• Lead projects from initial planning through to delivery, balancing creativity, smooth execution, and strong commercial outcomes.
• Recruit, coach, and guide a high-performing team while encouraging innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative stakeholders to deliver integrated brand activations.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss performance to support profitability and long-term scale.

What You Need

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in events, experiential marketing, or a closely related area.
• Proven leadership experience with teams and complex, large-scale projects.
• A strong background in business development and a consistent ability to grow revenue.
• Excellent relationship management skills for clients and other key stakeholders.
• A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with sound judgement and decision-making ability.
• Strong familiarity with the APAC market, with Singapore acting as an important hub.
• Clear, persuasive communication and presentation skills.
