Overview

This role is for a Junior Events Producer with a UK-based remote setup. The position offers a salary range of £28,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.

Role summary

You will join a well-established B2B events and media business that stages roughly 100 events each year. The portfolio spans areas such as artificial intelligence, financial technology, cybersecurity, supply chain, and other emerging technology themes.

This opportunity suits someone with a background in events, conference production, speaker outreach, or webinar delivery who is eager to take charge of projects and work directly with senior executives from globally recognised organisations.

What you will do

  • Study market trends, emerging topics, and competing events to inform programming.
  • Find and secure high-level speakers for webinars and conference sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite leaders, subject matter experts, and industry influencers.
  • Coordinate webinars, virtual programmes, and executive networking events.
  • Handle speaker briefings, rehearsals, and support live event execution.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen event reach and performance.
  • Contribute to a varied portfolio of international B2B events.
