Role Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Delivery Management leads and transforms 3Cloud's Delivery Management team to ensure consistent, reliable, and superior execution across various client projects. As a senior operations leader, you will direct the operating model, governance standards, and the team of Delivery and Program Managers managing projects across 3Cloud’s service lines.

Your mission is to drive excellence in delivery, maintain financial discipline, mitigate risks, and ensure high client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Market Delivery Leaders, Service Line Leaders, Sales teams, and executive management, you will oversee successful, profitable engagements aligned with both client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture the Delivery Management organization, encompassing Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and related leadership roles.
• Implement and uphold delivery governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and operational procedures for all client projects.
• Promote consistent practices that elevate delivery quality, predictability, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Work alongside Market Delivery Leaders to guarantee successful results across strategic client portfolios.
• Provide executive oversight on complex and high-risk engagements including governance, escalation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track portfolio health using operational metrics, delivery reviews, financial data, and client feedback.
• Proactively identify and address delivery risks, resource shortages, and execution challenges.
• Coordinate with Service Line Leaders to align technical expertise, staffing, and methodologies with delivery goals.
• Support account growth and scalability by ensuring delivery teams can meet increasing client demands.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency, consistency, utilization, and profitability.
• Set standards for project planning, financial forecasting, change and resource management, and executive reporting.
• Develop career paths, training initiatives, coaching, and succession planning within the delivery management function.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to analyze delivery performance and implement business enhancement strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 12 or more years of leadership experience within consulting, professional services, cloud, technology, or digital transformation sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale project, program, portfolio, or delivery management functions.
• Accountability for client outcomes, financial health, operational excellence, and risk management across delivery portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of professional services delivery, resource planning, forecasting, utilization, and gross margin management.
• Outstanding executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership capabilities.
• Preferably experienced in Microsoft Azure consulting, cloud transformations, data and AI initiatives, or related technological environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or SAFe are advantageous.
