Key responsibilities
- Help the Client Solutions EMEA team deliver the business development plan for iCapital’s wealth manager coverage in the GCC.
- Create, maintain, and grow a healthy pipeline of potential wealth manager clients.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for wealth manager clients while coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with current clients and prospects.
- Explain private markets and alternative investments to clients and present iCapital’s products, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Collect and share market intelligence from client conversations, including competitive activity, investor interest, and broader market trends.
- Work closely with teams across the business, including Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Implementation Specialists, Client Success, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology, and Operations, to improve client outcomes and support lasting relationships.
- Act as the main relationship contact for wealth manager clients and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Experience in business development within asset management is essential, along with a strong grasp of the GCC wealth management market. Familiarity with private banks, wealth managers, independent financial advisers, and family offices is highly valued.
A solid understanding of private markets and the wealth manager distribution model is preferred. The role also calls for strong attention to detail, excellent presentation and communication skills, a professional and positive approach, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing environment. English fluency is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
