Position Summary
In this senior leadership role, you will guide Noble’s Army Corps sales organization and help shape the company’s growth plan across U.S. Army markets. The position is focused on expanding revenue through disciplined execution, strong people leadership, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings executive-level sales experience in the defense sector, a strong understanding of Army acquisition settings, and a demonstrated record of building and leading high-performing teams. Success in this role depends on coaching, accountability, and consistent execution that supports warfighter readiness and mission success.

- Direct the Army sales organization at an executive level and set strategy to support steady revenue growth and market expansion.
- Hire, develop, coach, and keep strong sales talent while promoting accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
- Set sales goals, performance standards, and growth plans that help team members meet and surpass targets.
- Work with the Executive Leadership Team to define and implement growth priorities, customer focus areas, and revenue goals across Army accounts.
- Guide teams on opportunity qualification, account strategy, capture planning, and proposal pursuit efforts.
- Develop customer profiles, market insights, and strategic account plans to uncover new requirements, modernization efforts, and future business opportunities.
- Review competitor activity and market conditions to improve Noble’s position and strengthen win rates.
- Contribute strategic direction to grow share within Army-related markets and communities.
- Maintain a strong cross-functional rhythm around pipeline quality, forecasting accuracy, deal review, execution, and revenue delivery.
- Partner with marketing, vendor relations, operations, contracts, and supply chain teams to align efforts and support growth initiatives.
- Keep executive leadership informed on pipeline health, revenue performance, and other key business metrics.
- Lead the organization toward or beyond revenue targets and KPIs through effective leadership and team results.
- Act as an executive representative for important customer relationships and key industry partnerships.
- Represent Noble at conferences, trade shows, association gatherings, and other defense-related events.
- Study win/loss outcomes, market movements, and performance data to find improvement opportunities and increase sales effectiveness.
- Promote a culture focused on customer success, operational discipline, professional growth, and mission completion.
Position Qualifications

- Competence in business planning, tracking progress, identifying obstacles, and proposing practical solutions.

Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university is required, along with 8 to 10 years of progressive business-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and relevant experience.
Computer Skills
Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms, specifically Salesforce and NetSuite.
