Role Overview
For the Ingersheim location, the company is looking for a full-time or part-time Bäckerei sales associate, also open to career changers, to support customer service and counter operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with friendly, sales-oriented advice and service at the bakery counter.
- Present goods in an attractive and appealing way to maintain a strong product display.
- Act as a welcoming host and help create a pleasant shopping experience in the bakery area.
- Prepare tea and coffee specialties and make items such as bread rolls ready for immediate consumption.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training as a retail sales assistant, bakery sales specialist, retail merchant, or a similar qualification.
- Previous exposure to a service counter, such as a bakery counter, canteen, or snack bar, is preferred.
- Career changers are explicitly encouraged to apply and will receive structured onboarding and training.
- You bring a customer-friendly attitude, enjoy working with people, and value strong teamwork.
